How to Order

PLACING YOUR ORDER
  1. Choose your item 
  2. Decide on colour and theme, and style of fabric - modern prints, floral prints, bold colour etc
  3. Use our Contact Us form to send us a message, we will email you back directly
  4. If opting for the fabric selection service, confirm fabric choices when sent to you
  5. You will be sent a confirmation of order once everything is final, along with an invoice and an estimated completion date
  6. Pay via paypal (as a gift) or by bank transfer (details on request) 
  7. Eagerly await your order
COMMISSIONS

We are more than happy to discuss anything you would like to commission, as an idea we can do any of the following:
  • Quilts - playmat to kingsize. 
  • Cushions - personalised, patchwork, applique
  • Wall Hangings
  • Hand embroidered hoops, pictures for framing
Remember, if you don't see it, just ask. You never know...

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

I endeavour to keep my postage costs as low as possible, so be sure that you are being charged a fair amount to get your package to you. With the differences in my products, I cannot offer a standard postage charge on all my products aside from 'Peg a name out' bunting, and cushion covers. Please see the corresponding pages for more information. I send all my packages via Royal Mail 2nd Class and will obtain a proof of postage, any alternative postage service will be considered if you require it. 

RETURNS POLICY


Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products being personalised I cannot offer a refund or cancellation service. Once I have received payment for the item, I will begin making it, as pieces are cut on a per-order basis, once I have done so, there is 'no going back'. I will endeavour to adjust the item if I can, but this will have to be discussed at the time and isn't guaranteed.
